grilled cheese

I love having yummy sandwiches for dinner and I couldn't resist these fresh strawberries.

Some farm bread, peppery jelly, baby spinach, fresh basil, strawberries and goat cheese...
...grilled with some butter and dinner is served.

Do you like to have sandwiches for dinner?  With summer around the corner this might be a trend.

    These look so, so good...the pepper jelly! What a great idea. And of course the goat cheese. I could eat goat cheese all day long.

    I'm definitely trying these - they look absolutely delicious. I love the simplicity of a sandwich at dinner. Especially in the summer. Beautiful blog!
