5. A few weeks ago I died my hair red from a box at Walgreen's. My husband says it looks fake but I think I like it.

6. I did natural childbirth with 6 of my 7 children. (in hospital no drugs)

7. I have never been officially diagnosed but my horrible spelling indicates that I am dyslexic.

party time

Today we celebrated our friend and former coworker's birthday.
We love a reason to get together and laugh and eat some yummy food.
I made these brownies for desert and I have to say they were awesome. But just to make sure I had a second helping after the party.
I hope that everyone has a wonderful weekend. I am so excited to head to Atlanta Market in the morning with my friend Sarah. Are any of you going to be there?

My MacBook doesn't usually go anywhere other than my desk in my office and up to flights to my kitchen. But if I did need a cover...

When I first started my clothing line all of my fabrics were copies of vintage feed sacks from the 40's. So naturally I love the American girl doll Kit.

I think that her green dress is my favorite.

We saw the movie in the theatre when it came out years ago (with my older girls). I just saw it again with my younger girls and I still love it.

If you have young girls and haven't seen it yet I give it a big thumbs up.

tracy's house

Scott couldn't help but take some photos of Tracy's beautiful home and I thought you would enjoy them.
My long time blog readers will remember her home from the last time I did a photo shoot.
The house has been rearranged.
And I am sure it will look different the next time I am there.
Tracy is an occupational therapist by day and would love to wow her with some awesome comments by my encouraging readers.

We spent the morning photographing the new women's spring line. We will be getting the photos on the web soon but I wanted to give you all a sneak peek.

Brook was a fabulous model and all of the photographs were taken by the talented Scott Hughes. (aka my sweet husband) We usually fight over the camera but this time I played stylist.

A huge thank you to everyone, especially the Smith Family for letting us invade their beautiful home.
