While away I got to do lots of reading. These three were my favorites. Have you read any of these? Did you love them as much as I did? I am hoping to go through some of our vacation photos soon.
"the help"...maybe my fave fiction book ever. missed those characters terribly when i finished the book. actually, maybe i'll just read it again this spring saving cee cee huneycutt is a sweet one too
I really want to read Freakecomics. I just finished Water for Elephants..not my favorite. I am starting on the Pioneer Woman, Black Heels to Tractor Wheels tonight.
I am working on the memoir-- it seems to be "written down" The Glass Castle is much better-- Have read the other two, both very good in their own way, BUT African Americans I read have a problem with the savior white lady-- so I had another duh moment- same as Maniac Magee-- loved Freakonomics--
I am the mother of 7 wonderful children and the wife of one lucky man...Scott. I am also the owner and designer of a line of women's and children's clothing.

I loved The Help too. For a heavier novel try Cutting For Stone - It was one of my favorites!
I loved "The Help," think I heard about the second one and my husband loves the Freakonomics book - it's on my list. Hope you had a great vacay!
The Help was the best book of last year! Also loved freakanomics and superfreakonomics. Lots to think about!
