I love these warm days when the kids come home from school and live outside. We don't have a beautiful green lawn. We have way too many weeds. But how can you complain when one of the weeds is this much fun? Thought you might enjoy a little snapshot of our Thursday.
Weeds are always fun and you know all the magazines say we're moving away from the traditional green lawn to using "weeds". So Kayce you in the forefront of ecological planting!

We're a weedy lawn family too. Clover, dandelions, even some moss. I would agree -it's fun!
Kayce- Last time I checked most weeds are green. You DO have a beautiful (and diverse) lawn!
Beautiful photographs. Did you take them or your talented husband?

Well, now they've spread those little dandelion seeds everywhere! Sweet girls Kayce! Happy spring!
They would feel right at home in our yard too. My son didn't care about the weeds this afternoon while we played baseball. It's the fun that counts!
Awwww....they are so cute! I always loved dandelions! I remember a lot of them as a kid....I guess that tells you what shape our lawn was in.

No need for grass when you can make weeds into wishes. XO
More beautiful pictures! One proud Mama you are :)
I love those days too, Kayce!
Green lawns are boring for kids. Our weeds are the little purple flowers and my 3 year old thinks they are BEAUTIFUL!
The pictures are fantastic.
