I have spotted some daffodils along the road. We have some in our yard but they are in the shade and always seem to be the latest bloomers in Nashville. To me this means that spring is here!

Kayce- Lucky lucky you! Here in New York the daffodils bloom in April! (In time for Rosie's birthday - that's our saying "it will be your birthday when the daffodils bloom")

one of my favorite flowers! funny, we had a blanket of snow this morning upstate and skiied but then back home only a few piles of snow remain.
Spotting signs of spring makes me feel like a little girl and bringing clippings to my Mom from the garden...even if they were just weeds! :)

Oh, i love it when you start to see the daffodils pop up. Our snow melted this week - yay.....so no telling what we might begin to see.

I haven't seen them bloom here yet - the weather has been crazy but so looking forward to my first sighting. I love the wood vase, wonderful!
