happy birthday to me

Forty five is the new 30 ....or at least that's the way I like to look at it. We had a fun party in the office this morning. Caroline decorated with some of the wedding present goodies.

Do you still love the wedding china that you picked out?

I am off to have dinner in the retirement home with my mother in law. We have the same birthday. Is that a little weird or what?

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

Happy Birthday! I hope you enjoyed your day.

And, I do not like my china any more. But I can't get rid of it.

Oh, and my mother generously showered me with her china. Since we got married at the end of November, we registered for Christmas china and I still LOVE it!!

Happy Birthday, Kayce! (It's hard to switch the letters like that! ;-)

I am glad to hear that 45 is the new 30. I have hope.

And yes, I still love my wedding China. I went "plain" enough that I can add new things!

Best wishes,
Kacey

Love it: 45 is the new 30! Makes us all feel good. Happy Birthday!

For china, I let my mother and a salesperson talk me out of the pattern I really wanted. Now, 14 years later, I still wish I had gotten my first choice. I ended up with some thing very plain. I guess the lesson is: follow your heart!

Happy Belated Birthday! Of course, 45 is the new-whatever-you-want-it-to-be. I have the same birthday as my grandmother (well, not anymore that she's passed away). But I always felt so special because of it! Hope your day was great (and your dinner at the retirement home)!

Happy birthday! I do still love my wedding china, but I got married so late it's only 7 years old - Yikes! I hope you had a great day. I'm guessing a mother of 7 and wife that still has a date night that you were celebrated and appreciated.

Best,
Julie
