fashion illustration

I have always been in awe of fashion illustration.  Back when I worked at Ralph Lauren I got to work daily with some of the best.  I even took classes one year after work.  (It soon became evident that fashion illustration is not one of my talents.)

It did however deepen my appreciation for those with the gift like Mats Gustafson.  I am loving these paintings he created for Dior that I saw on Keep it Chic (one of my favorite blogs).

I have loved tortoise shell for as long as I can remember so I am curious to see if these frames from Nate Berkus at Target look as fabulous in real life.
