I love having yummy sandwiches for dinner and I couldn't resist these fresh strawberries.

Some farm bread, peppery jelly, baby spinach, fresh basil, strawberries and goat cheese...

...grilled with some butter and dinner is served.

Do you like to have sandwiches for dinner?  With summer around the corner this might be a trend.

vintage dresses

It is probably a good thing that I live in an old home with small closets because collecting vintage dresses like these could get out of control.

These beauties came from soho mode via wee birdy.I hope that you are all having a wonderful Saturday. The sun is shinning here and I just finished watching my girls play their hearts out on the soccer field.

olivia as fern

This afternoon I went for a quick run....in the rain....heaven. While I was gone Sophie got Olivia ready for "Charlott'e Webb" day at school tommorow.  Guess who she is?

I am not sure that Fern wore red lipstick but I have to agree that it looks adorable.

fresh strawberries

I am loving the fresh strawberries in Nashville this week. (Not to be confused with the ones that taste like wax and can be bought year round.)

I am also loving this painting by Oriana Kacicek.

pink peonies

Today I got out some of my favorite thrift store containers...
because my pink peonies were ready to come inside.
These are the 4 arraignments that I put together. One for each person in the office.

Thanks to the chic ladies at KIC, I am crazy in love with this bag by Balenciaga. At $745 ...it was not meant to be.
I have been working on some anchors of my own...

The anchors are done but I am still working on the cording to turn them into necklaces.

If only I could find someone to crochet this bag for me...

How adorable are these little girl's panties from I love gorgeous (found via Baby Ccino Kids)?

steiff bunnies

These vintage Steiff bunnies remind me of being a little girl. As the oldest of 6 my toys got passed down and then given away (if they were still around). I still remember my favorites and many of them were Steiff.


Wouldn't any of these be perfect in an Easter basket?

outdoor dining

I am excited to be able to spend more of the day outdoors. This pottery barn flatware would be perfect for dinner outside. They remind me of vintage sets I have pined over.
I love the look of the wood on these salad servers and I like that they would coordinate with any look.
As the temperature rises I like the idea of this filled with different fruits to entice us all to drink more water.
