One of the things I enjoy most about surfing the web is finding new artists. I love these fresh works by Lulie Wallace.

They remind me of a treasure from the 60's.
They would add instant vibe and character to any room.
And they are reasonable priced.
One of these days I am going to pick up my paint brushes again but for now I am going to enjoy looking at what some of my talented web friends are creating.

I am not sure how I found this beautiful blog but it was truly love at first sight.
I couldn't help but scroll through every last post.

I am on the lookout for a great basic shoe for fall. Something with a heal but that can be worn with a dress and tights. This pair from Banana Republic caught my eye.

Over the years my children have spent many hours playing in their play kitchen.
We always choose wood over plastic fruit but these DIY wood goodies might be the cutest I've ever seen.

My tuesday of loading all of the furniture into the new store has turned into Friday. At first I was disappointed but I am excited to have a few more days of painting etc. I have had fun looking for great chairs. When I spotted these two tonight I was wishing I had room for two more!

fall

I am loving the bit of Fall that is in the air. I got to wear my new Brooke Dress and some brown suede boots this morning. This afternoon I am having fun in my sweats painting furniture.
I am going to experiment with some deeper pink glazes. This will be fabulous or a disaster.

new store

The store is almost done and my to do list is a mile long. I love to gather lots of information and wait till the last minute to make decisions. It is now the last minute.




These pictures are from yesterday. It should be painted and have new floors next week.
